A clean chit to Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1
Apple Inc. has its back to the wall, after a verdict from the Dutch court that Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1 does not infringe on its patents.
My cousin Amanda who works for Sirius Star Marketing is not happy, as the judgment is against her favorite brand – Apple! Well!
The Dutch court said, the patent of Apple Inc. is too minutely specified to be infringed on by Samsung or other; they had never expected, but (Alas!) the narrow definition of Apple's design rights hit it hard on the face.
Apple Inc. is now looking forward to face the German court on a similar issue; the firm's call for injunction 'every now and then' is not a new thing for the readers.
About the Dutch verdict, the court did not find any similarity in the tablet of Samsung to that of Apple's iPad; the device thickness even varied for both the models of the companies.
The court said, the informed users would be able to easily identify both the gadgets of the companies without much of trouble.
The court verdict is definitely not a good THING for Apple, even though it feels the close resemblance of its devices with that of Samsung's models is no coincidence.
Well, no matter what the versions Apple Inc. carry, the South Korean company Samsung is HAPPY, and has welcomed the judgment of the Dutch court.
